this video makes the city even more beautiful than i remember it.

thedailywhat:

Time-Lapse Thing of the Day: Rob Whitworth captures the raw, frenetic energy of Ho Chi Minh City with a time-lapse video composed of 10,000 RAW images from around Vietnam’s largest city.

He says

Everyone who has visited Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam knows part of the magic (love it or hate it) is in the traffic. Ever since I first set foot in HCMC I have been captivated by the cities energy. Saigon is a city on the move unlike anything I have experienced before which I wanted to capture and share.

My Desk is 8-bit  - by Alex Varanese

Artist note: I recently found myself wondering what a video game might look like in the form of a stop motion animation. While a normal person’s response to such a question would of course be “who gives a shit?” I possess few of the qualities typically associated with normalcy and was irrevocably compelled to find out. This is the result.

I’ve been going a little post heavy on the videos and stop motion lately. what can i say it’s been something i’ve been really into lately.
